ORAL MUKOZANIN ÜLSERASYONLARINDA NÖRALTERAPİ, AKUPUNKTUR ve FİTOTERAPİ ile TEDAVİ

Oral mukozal lezyonlar diş hekimliğinde olduğu kadar aile hekimliği, kulak burun boğaz ve dermatoloji polikliniklerinde sıklıkla karşılaşılan patolojiler arasındadırlar. Bu lezyonlar enfeksiyöz, otoimmün, premalign ya da malign lezyonların habercisi olabilecekleri gibi sistemik bir hastalığın ağız tutulumu da olabilirler. Bu lezyonlar tekrarlayıcı olmaları nedeniyle de insan yaşamında çok rahatsızlık vermektedirler. Topikal preparatlarla tedavisi mümkün olmayan, direçli vakalarda sistemik ilaçlar kullanılmaktadır. Ancak bunların yan etkileri fazladır ve bazı vakalar bunlardan da fayda görmemektedir. Tamamlayıcı tıp yöntemleri belirgin etkinliğe sahip olduğukları gibi yan etki açısından da daha güvenilir olmaktadırlar. Akupunktur ve Fitoterapi özellikle oral aftöz lezyonlarda kullanılan yöntemlerdir. Nöralterapi ise pek çok dirençli ve komplike vaka tedavisinde başarılı sonuçlar vermektedir. Çünkü her hastalık bir bozucu alandan kaynaklanabilir ve çoğu hastada vejetatif sinir sisteminin disfonksiyonları asıl nedendir. Böyle vakalarda Nöralterapi en etkili yöntem olarak karşımıza çıkar. Bu yöntemler tek başına veya kombine edilerek kullanılabilirler

NEURAL THERAPY, ACUPUNCTURE AND PHYTOTHERAPY AT ULCERS OF ORAL MUCOSA

Oral mucosal lesions are the patologies that are experienced so often not only by destinsts but also the family physician otorhinolaryngology and dermatology policlinics.These lesions do not only indicate infectious, aoutoimmune, premalignant or malignant lesions but also, indicator of systemic diseases in oral cavity. Because of relapsing, the lesion affect quality of life negatively. Systemic medicals are used for resistant cases which are not affected by topical preparations. But these drugs have too much side effects. In some cases, they have no positive effect. Alternative medicine have not only significant influence on people but also safer than other treatment practices. Acupuncture and phytotherapy are especially preferred to treat oral aphthous ulcers. However, neuraltherapy have positive effects on complicated and resistant cases. Because every illness is coming from interference field. Disfunction of vegatative nervous system which is the main reason for ilnesses for most of the patients. Neuraltherapy is the most efficent method in these types of cases.These practices can be used individually or combined between each other
