Yanımızdaki ana gaye, henüz ülke-mizde uygulanmayan bu tahkimat metodunu ana hatları ile tanıtmak ve diğer ülkelerde emniyet ve ekonmik avantajlarla kuHanılian bu metodun kendi şartlarımıza adaptasyonu konusunda meslektaşlarımızı düşünceye sevk etmektir.

The main purpose of this paper, is to present this supporting method which is not practiced in our country, with the main outlines, wheres in other countries applied with safety and with economic advantages, and to canalize the thoughts of our colleagues for the adaptation of this method to our own conditions.
