11 Kasım 1846 tarihinde kurulan Hazine-i Evrak’ın kuruluş gününe yakın bir tarihte yayınlanan Dergimizin bu sayısının “Editörden” köşesinde, arşivlerin toplumsal kimliklendirmeye etkileri yönünde bir takım tespitlere yer verilmiş ve pandeminin mesleğe etkilerine kısaca değinilerek arşivler konusuna bir kez daha dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

In the "From the Editor" column of this issue of our Journal, which was published on November 11, 1846, close to the foundation day of the Hazine- i Evrak, a number of determinations about the effects of archives on social identification were included and it was aimed to draw attention to the issue of archives by briefly mentioning the effects of the pandemic on the profession.
