Rapidly Progressing Mitral Regurgitation After Cabergolin Treatment
Ergot-derived dopamine receptor agonists are often used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Cardiac valvulopathy has been associated with the use of the dopamine agonists, pergolide and cabergoline, in Parkinson's disease. In this case report, we present a patient who had cabergoline-induced mitral regurgitation.
