Paranoya: Bir Vaka Değerlendirmesi ve Klinik Uygulamalardaki Farklılıklar

Paranoya, bireyin kötülüğe ya da zarara uğrayacağı korku larına dayalı bir düşünce içeriğidir. Bu düşünce biçiminde temel yapı o larak yansıtma mekanizmasının izleri görülmektedir. Melan ie Klein ku ramında, yansıtma mekanizmasın ı ve bir bebeğin paranoid-şizoid konu mdan depresif konuma ilerleyişini ele almıştır. Bu yazıda, önce Klein'ın belirttiğ i bu geçişin nasıl gerçekleştiği Freud ve Lacan'ın yazıları ile ele alın mış, sonrasında paranoid kişilik örgütlenmesinde b ir vaka ilg ili yazın kapsamında incelen miştir. Yazının sonunda ise, paranoid düşünce içeriğine sahip sınır ve psikotik boyutta bulunan bireylerle ile ve yine paranoid düşünce içeriğine sahip ancak nevrotik boyutta bulunan bireyler ile yürütülen terapi süreçlerindeki farklılıklar incelenmiştir.
