Bu çalışma ile koyunlarda pnömon iye neden olan bakterilerin izolasyonu, identifikasyonu ve izole edilen bakterilerin antibiyotik duyarlılıklarının belirlenmesi amaçlandı Konya Et-Balık Kurumu'ndan temin edilen makroskobik olarak pnömoni olabileceğ düşünülen 150 koyun akciğerinden bakteriyolojik ekimler yapıldı. Örneklerin 38 (% 25.33)'inden 15 (% 25) Mannheimia tıeemotytice 18 (% 30)'inden Mycoplasma spp., 2 (% 3.3)'sinden Pasteurella muttocide, 9 (% 15)'undan Streptococcus spp., 10 (% 16.7)'undan Staphylococcus spp., 3 (% 5)'ünden Aeromonas hydrophilla ve birer örnekten (% 1.7) Escherichia cou, Klebsiella pneumoniae ve Pseudomonas spp. toplam 60 bakteri izole ve identifiye edildi. Mycop/asma spp. dışında izole edilen bakterilerin antibiyotik duyarlılıkları disk difüzyon yöntemi ile belirlendi. Pasteurella spp. suşları amoksasilin+klavulanik asit, enrofloksasin ve f1orfenikol'e % 100, ampisilin, danofloksasin ve furazolidon'a % 94.11, oxytetrasiklin'e % 88.23, Staphylococcus spp. suşları ise enrofloksasin ve f1orfenikol'e % 100, oxytetrasiklin, amoksasilin+klavulanik asit ve danofloksasin'e % 90, gentamisin ve penisilin'e % 80 duyarlı bulundu .

By the study , it was aimed to isoiate the bacteria from sheep lungs with pneumonia and to determ ine the anlibiotic susceptibility. A total of 150 lung samples from sheep with pneumonia was colleeted at Konya Meat and Fish Abottolr. A total of 60 bacterial agents was isolated from the 38 (25.33 %) of 150 sheep lung. Isolated microorganisms were identified as follows : of 15 (25 %) were Mannheimia haemolytica, 18 (30 %) Mycop/asma spp., 2 (3.3 %) Pasteurella muttocide, 9 (15 %) Streptococcus spp., 10 (16.7 %) Staphylococcus spp., 3 (5 %) Aeromonas hydrophila, 1 (1.7 %) Escherichia co/i, 1 (1.7 %) Klebsiella pneumoniae and 1 (1.7 %) Pseudomonas spp. In addition; antibacterial susceptibility of bacteria isolated (exeept Mycoplasma spp.) to various antibiotics were tested by disc diffüsion method . Pasteurella spp. isolates were determined susceptible to amoxicillinlclavulanie acid, enrofloxacin, f1orfenicol (100 %), danofloxacin, ampicillin, and furazolidone (94.11 %), oxytetracycline (88.23 %). Staphylococcus spp. isolates were determined susceptibilite to enrofloxacin, f1orfenieol and oxytetracycline (100 %) amoxicillinlclavulanik asit, danofloxacin (90 %), gentamycin and penicilin (80 %).
