Dünyanın önemli zoonoz hastalıklarından olan Brusellozis; hayvanlarda genital organlara yerleşerek yavru atmalara ve infertiliteye neden olmakta, endemik olduğu ülkelerde ekonomiyi olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu derlemede hayvanlarda brusellozisin teşhisi ve etkenlerin tiplendirilmesi ile ilgili moleküler metotlar aktarıldı. Serolojik metodlar derlemenin kapsamı dışındadır.

Identification and Biotyping of Brucella Strains

As an impcrtant zcnocsis which has been problematic in most countries on the World Bruceliosis eausesinfertility and abortion by infecting genitals of animals. It effects national economies negatively in the countries which the disease is endemic. Molecular methods fortyping and identification in diagnosis of the Brusellosis are reviewed. Serological methods are excluded
