Abstract So, how the location of 4th International Mardin Biennial and its values after the end of event can be considered? How can the fact, that important artists’ productions of contemporary art in the biennial and relation between works and concept be interpreted? In this essay, some parameters on the 4th International Mardin Biennial and some questions related to this issue are explored.
