Öz Çalışmanın amacı, sınırlı verilerle de olsa, bölgesel bir ekonometrik model oluşturmak, tahmin etmek ve bu modeli değerlendirmektir. ‘Marmara Bölgesi Öngörü ve Benzetim Modeli’ 1975-2000 dönemi yıllık verileri kullanılarak, en küçük kareler yöntemi ile tahmin edilmiştir. Çalışmada Marmara Bölgesi gayri safi bölgesel hasılasını hangi değişkenlerin anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Model sonuçlarından hareketle örnek dönem benzetimleri, 2001 yılı ex post ve 2002-2006 dönemi ex ante öngörüleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kestirim kontrolü amacıyla 2001 yılı Marmara Bölgesi verileri kullanılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Bölgesel modelleme, Kestirim, Benzetim Abstract: Objective of this study is to specify, estimate and evaluate an econometric model even if the data set limited. A forecast and simulation model for the Marmara region is estimated by OLS using the annual data for the period of 1975-2000. The factors which affect significantly regional product for the Marmara region are determined in this study. Sample period simulation, ex post forecast for the year of 2001 and ex ante forecast for the period os 2002-2006 are carried. Tshe data related to the Marmara region in 2001 is used for forecast control.Key Words: Regional Modelling, forecast, Simulation
