Popülist Program, established in 13 September 1920, is important for the constitutional system and social politics. Furthermore, it is a historical document about social dimension of National Independence War, Popülist prenciple is the expansion and extension of Popülist Program and the helmet of Atatürk's social democracy thought. People's Houses (Halkevleri), built in 1932, also People’s Rooms (Halkodaları), established in 1940 are the alive samples of Atatürk's popülist idea. These institutions helped the development of Turkey by the works on natıonal culture, social solidarity, national concious. With the help of activities in these institutions Turkish society came close to nationalistic. Popülist prenciple of Atatürk also became an important subject among the national valuçs.
