Öz Sanatçının görsel dünyayı algılaması bir biçimlendirme sürecine katılması anlamına gelir; bu özel bir çaba gerektiren yaratıcı bir eylemdir. Bu eylemle sanatçı zihinsel imgesini daha önceden var olan imgelerle çakıştırır; eğer, ortak bir duyarlılık ve bilinçte bunları birleştirebilirse sanat yapıtı oluşmaya başlar. Sanatçının iç gözü görsel dünyayı algılarken oluşturduğu imgeler, sanat yapıtının oluşumundaki ilk malzemelerdir. imgenin fiziksel olarak yapılma aşaması yapıtın ortaya çıkmasının sadece bir bölümüdür. İmgenin ortaya çıkması sanatçının kendi anlatımına uygun materyaller, çeşitli aletler, hazır objeler v.s kullanmasıyla olur. Ancak bunlar yapıtın son durumuna yönelmez. Sanatçının zihni, imgeyi yaratırken esas alet kişinin sinir sistemidir. Sanatçı yaratmak istediği imgeye odaklanırken kendisine olan güven duygusuyla görselleştirme sürecine girer. İnsanın gelişen, değişen yapısından dolayı imgelerini yapıta dönüştürünceye kadar zihninde sık sık değişikliğe uğratır. Görselleştirme hedefine ulaşınca onun için sahip olduğu enerjiyi tüketir. Artık yeni bir bakışla bakma zorunluluğunu hisseder. Anahtar Kelimeler: Algı, imge, yapıt, görsel dünya. Abstract Artist's perception of the visual world means that he joins the process of shaping. This is a creative action which requires special effort. In this action, the artist juxtaposes new mental images with his previous ones, and if he can manage to combine these images by common consciousness, the creation of an artwork begins. The first materials for the creation of an artwork consists images produced by the perception of insight while artist watches the visual world. The physical production of an artwork is just one part of the occurrence process of image. Image emerges with appropriate materials, various tools and, right objects used by the artist. Actually these don't form to the last case of artwork. While artist's mind creates the image, the real tool is his nervous system. As the artist concentrates on the image he wants to create, he goes into process of visualization with self-confidence. During the process of conversion, mind makes many changes through image to artwork. When it reaches the target of visualization the energy carried for this purpose is released.
