İyi Diferansiye Skrotal Liposarkom

Skrotal liposarkomlar, genellikle 5. dekattan sonra görülen, yağ dokudan köken alan, oldukça nadir malign tümörlerdir. Biz bu çalışmamızda, inkansere inguinal herni operasyonu esnasında skrotal kitle saptanan ve kitle eksizyonu yapılan 78 yaşındaki erkek hastamızı sunduk. Patolojik tanı olarak liposarkom saptandı. Çalışmamızda skrotal liposarkomların, tanısı, patolojisi ve tedavi yöntemlerini mevcut literatür eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık

Well-Differentiated Scrotal Liposarcoma

Scrotal liposarcomas, which usually occur after 5th decade and originate from adipose tissue, are quite rare malignant tumors. In this study, we presented a 78-year-old male patient with a scrotal mass which was established during the incarcere inguinal hernia operation. The pathological diagnosis was scrotal liposarcoma. In our study, we aimed to discuss diagnosis, pathology and treatment methods of the scrotal liposarcomas in the directions of the current literature
