Yeni zelanda tavşanında (Oryctolagus cuniculus L.) büyük lenf kanallarının makro anatomisi
Yeni Zelanda tavşanının büyük lenf kanallarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada lO adet ergin tavşan kullanıldı. Belli lenf düğümlerinin capsula'sı içerisine patent blue enjekte edilerek lenf kanallarının seyri takip edildi. Yeni Zelanda tavşanında boyunda bulunan en büyük lenf damarı olan truncus trachealis'i her iki tarafta da In. retropharyngeus'un efferent lenf da-marının oluşturduğu, bu damarın a. carotis communis, n. vagus ve v. thoracica interna'ya paralel olarak apertura thoracis cranialis'e doğru ilerlediği gözlendi. Sağ tarafta truncus trachealis ile In. cervicalis superficialis'in efferent lenf damarı birleştikten sonra dııctus lymhaticus dexter adıyla ön bacaktan gelen lenf damarını da alarak yaklaşık l cm kadar seyrettikten sonra v. cava cranialis dexter'e açıldığı saptandı. Sol tarafta ise truncus trachealis ile In. cervicalis superficialis'in efferent lenf damarı birleştikten ve ön bacaktan gelen lenf damarını aldıktan sonra dııctus thoracicus'a katıldığı gözlendi. Birinci costa'nm caııdal'inde dııctus thoracicus ile birleşen lenf damarı, ortalama 50 mm sonra v. cava cranialis sinister'e açıldığı tespit edildi. Cisterna chyli'den başlayarak columna vertebralis'in ventral'inde cranial'e doğru seyreden dııctus thoracicııs'un, hiatus aorticus'tan geçerek cavum thoracis'e girdiği ve columna vertebralis ile aorta thoracica arasında ön tarafa doğru seyrederek birinci costa'nm caııdal'inde v. cava cranialis sinister'e açıldığı görüldü.
Macro anatomy of the large lymphatic canals in the new zealand rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus L.)
In this study, aimed to determine large lymphatic ducts in the New Zealand rabbit, a total of 10 adult rabbits were used. Pattern of the lymphatic ducts was observed by injecting patent blue into the capsula of known lymph nodes. Tracheal trunk, the largest lymphatic vessel of neck region, is formed by the efferent vessel of retrophaiypgeal lymph node. This lymph vessel is directed towards the efferent vessel of retropharyngeal lymph node. It courses towards cranial thoracic aperture in parallel to common carotid artery, vagus nerve, and internal thoracic vein. It has been determined that tracheal trunk and efferent lymphatic vessel of the superficial cervical lymph nodes united on the right side, then it is called right lymphatic duct and met the lymphatic vessel coming from the thoracic limb, arrived 1 cm forward and finally joined to right cranial vena cava. As far the left side, tracheal trunk and efferent lymphatic vessel of the superficial cervical lymph nodes united and then together with the lymphatic vessel from the thoracic limb it joined to thoracic duct. The vessel met ductus thoracicus at the caudal to the first costa and joined to left cranial vena cava approximately 50 mm later. The thoracic duct, beginning in the cisterna chyli, lies ventral to the vertebral column and enters to the thoracic cavity via the aortic hiatus. The thoracic duct was determined advancing cranially between the vertebral column and thoracic aorta, thus ending in the left cranial vena cava.
