Bir besi sığırında nefrolitiazis olgusu

Çalışmanın materyalini Fırat Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Kliniği’ne iştahsızlık, sancı ve kabızlık şikayetleriyle getirilen 1 yaşındaki, erkek, Holştayn ırkı bir besi sığırı oluşturmuştur. Hayvanın klinik muayenesinde ağrılı ve kanlı idrar yaptığı, hafif derecede timpanik olduğu ve sancı semptomları gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Laboratuvar analizleri ve sağ açlık çukurluğundan yapılan ultrasonografik muayene sonucunda nefrolitiazis tanısı konulmuştur.

Nephrolithiasis case in a beef cattle

The case material was 1 years old, male, Holstein beef cattle, complaint with anorexia, colic and constipation brought into Internal Medicine Clinic, University of Firat, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. In clinical examination; painful blood- urine attempts at urination, slightly tympany and colic was determined. The cattle’s disease was diagnosed as nephrolithiasis via laboratory analysis and ultrasonografic examination in the right paralumbar fossa.
