Bu çalışmada bronş kanserlerinde ülkemizde ilk kez uygulanan bronkovasküler sleeve rezeksiyon olgularımızı sunmayı amaçladık. On olgunun tamamı erkekti. Ortalama yaş 51.1 'di (24-63). Dokuz olguda sol ve bir olguda sağ üst bronkovasküler sleeve lobektomi yapıldı, iki olgu Evre II, sekiz olgu Evre IIIA olarak değerlendirildi. Tümörün histopatolojik incelemesinde hücre tipi sekiz olguda yassı hücreli, bir olguda küçük hücreli dışı ve bir olguda adeno kanser olarak saptandı. Operatif mortal ite görülmedi, Evre IIIA 'daki dört hasta ilk 26 ay içinde kaybedildi. Altı hasta 13 ile 39 ay arasında semptomsuz yaşamaktadır.

We have gimed to present our cases who underwent bronchovascular sleeve resection which all patients were male. Median age was 51.1 (24-63). Nine left upper and one right upper bronchovascular sleeve lobectomy were performed. Two cases were Stage II, eight cases were Stage IIIA. Squamous cell carcinoma in eight cases, non-small cell anaplastic carcinoma in one case and adenocarcinoma in one case was diagnosed in the histopathological examinations. There was no operative mortality. Four patients with Stage IIIA died with no sign of recurrence of lung cancer on the 26 months alter surgery. Six patients are asymptomatic during the follow-up of 13 to 39 months.
