Yunanistan Komünist Partisi (KKE) ve Makedonya sorunu (1946 – 49)
19. yüzyıldan itibaren Makedonya üzerindeki mücadele Balkan komünist partilerini kendi ideolojik prensipleri ile çatışmaya sürükledi. Tüm bu partiler bölgeye yönelik milliyetçi bir politika ortaya koydular. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın amacı Yunanistan Komünist Partisi (KKE)’nin Makedonya sorunu ile ilgili politikasının Marksist-Leninist gelenekle uyuşup uyuşmadığının analiz edilmesidir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde Marksist geleneğin “ulusal sorun”a dair bakış açısı ana hatlarıyla belirtilmiş ve 1900-1930 süreci detaylandırılmıştır. İkinci bölüm partinin Makedonya politikasının Stalin’in baskısına karşı parti içinden gelen muhalif kanat tarafından belirlendiği 1930’lu yıllara ayrılmıştır. Üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümde ise iç savaşın sonuna yaklaşıldığı 1940’lar ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde iç savaşın bitişiyle partinin Makedonya politikasında yaptığı yeni düzenlemelere değinilmiştir.
The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) and the Macedonian Question (1946 – 49)
The struggle over Macedonia from the nineteenth century onwards led the Balkan communist parties to a major conflict with their own ideological principles. All of these parties demonstrated a rather nationalist political attitude regarding the region. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyse whether the Macedonian policy of the KKE (the Communist Party of Greece) is in accordance with the traditional Marxist-Leninist position on the “national question”. In the first part the Marxist perspective on the national question is explained in a broad sense and the period of 1900-1930 is elaborated. In the second part, the the Macedonian policy of the party during 1930s is focused which was driven by the inner party reaction against Stalin. The third and the fourth chapters are on the 1940s which were remarked by the end of the Greek civil war. In the last chapter the new regulations on the Macedonian policy of the party which were made after the Greek civil war are elaborated.
