STYRİA KALKINMA AJANSI’NIN (SFG) YENİLİKÇİLİK FAALİYETLERİ

Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansı (BKA), bölgesel kalkınmanın bir “katalizör”ü ve “destekleyici”si olarakaktörler arasında işbirliğini sağlamak, yerel kaynakları harekete geçirmek ve rekabet gücünü artırmak içinkurulan bir örgüttür. BKA’lar, dünyada 1930’lardan; Avrupa’da ise, 1950’lerden itibaren kurulmayabaşlamıştır. Avrupa’daki BKA’lardan bazıları, bölgesel kalkınmaya yönelik yenilikçilik faaliyetleri ileliteratüre geçmiştir. Bunlardan biri, Avusturya’nın Styria bölgesinde 1991 yılında kurulan Styria KalkınmaAjansı’dır (SFG).Çalışmanın amacı, SFG’nin yenilikçilik faaliyetlerini analiz etmektir. Konu, doküman analizi tekniğiile ele alınmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, SFG’nin yenilikçilik faaliyetleri kapsamında kümelenme, yenilik ve ağfaaliyetlerinde bulunduğu; bu faaliyetler ile “kurumsal yapı”lar kurduğu; bu “yapı”ları bir araya getirmek içinde, Bölgesel Yenilik Sistemi (BYS) kurduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Innovativeness Activities of Styria Development Agency (SFG)

Regional Development Agency (RDA), a regional development “catalyst” and “supportive” of as promote cooperation between the actors is an organization established to improve local resources to take action and competitiveness. RDAs began to be established since the 1930s in world and the 1950s in Europe. Some of the RDAs in Europe, the history of literature and innovation activities to regional development. One of these was founded in 1991 in Austria’s Styria has Styria Development Agency (SFG). The aim of this study is to analyze the SFG’s innovation activities. The issue is dealt with document analysis techniques. In the analysis, the scope of activities SFG’s innovation clusters, where innovation and networking activities; with these activities, “the corporate structure”s currency; this “structure” to bring together the Regional Innovation System (RIS) has been found to establish.
