One of the sides of the treaty is the Elam Empire, one of the earliest and longest-lived ancient civilizations with more than 3000 years of history, which was founded on the geographical area known today as the Plate of Iran, between 3400 BC and 320 BC. The other side is Akkadian Empire in Mesopotamia between 2334 and 2150 BC
