Bu  çalışmada daha önce sentezleri gerçekleştirilen (1) 3-sübstit ü e - 5 - merkapto -1,2,4- triazol -lerden hareketle 5-Metil-merkapto1,2,4,-triazol = A1, 3-metil -5- metil merkapto - 1,2,4-triazol = B1 ve 3-etil -5- metil merkapto -1,2,4- triazol = Cı türevleri elde edildi. Bu türevlerin glikozaminle nükleozitleri hazırlandıktan sonra, hem bu türevlerin hem de bunların nükleozitlerinin dokukültüründe RNA virüslerinden poliomielitis tip-3 e karşı antivrir al etkileri denendi . Daha önce yayınlanan (1,2) beş değişik analog seri 1,2,4-triazol türevleri ve bunların nükleozitlerinin hidrofobik parametre RM değerleri bulunup antiviral inhibisyon değerleri ile bir ilişki araştırıldı. Bulunan determinasyon ve korelasyon katsayıları, a n a l o g seri bileşiklerin antiviral aktivite ve RM değerleri arasında sağlıklı bir ilişkinin varlığını gösterdi.

In this research, starting from 3- substituted -5- m e r c a p t o -1,2, 4- triazol derivatives w h i c h was synthesized before (1), 5- m e t h y l m e r c a p t o -1,2,4- triazole = A1, 3-methly -5- m e t h y l m e r c a p t o -1,2,4 triazole = B1 and 3-ethyl -5- methylmercapto -1,2,4- triazole = C1 derivatives were obtained. These substances were the derivatives of 5-methylmercapto. After preparing the nucleosides by using glucosamine of these derivatives, these derivatives of their nucleosides were checked against RNA- 3 virus of polymielittis for their antiviral actiwity on the tissue culture. T h e five different analogs of the 1,2,4-triazole which were pub - lished before (1,2), an d the results of RM of the hydrophobi c paramet - re of their nucleosides were found, and searched for their viral inhibition results.
