ETİL {5-[(2-(4-KLOROBENZİLSULFANİL)-4-KLOROTİYAZOL-5- İL)METİLEN]-2,4-DİOKSO-TİYAZOLİDİN–3-İL} ASETAT BİLEŞİĞİNİN SENTEZİ VE ALDOZ REDÜKTAZ İNHİBİTÖR ETKİSİ : SYNTHESIS AND ALDOSE REDUCTASE INHIBITORY

Bu çalışmada, etil {5-[(2-(4-klorobenzilsulfanil)-4-klorotiyazol-5-il)metilen]-2,4-dioksotiyazolidin–3-il}asetat bileşiği sentez edilmiş ve yapısı IR, 1H-NMR, mass and elementel analiz bulguları ile aydınlatılmıştır. Sentez edilen bileşiğin, in-vitro ortamda spektrofotometrik olarak sıçan böbrek AR’ını inhibe etme gücü test edilmiştir. Sentez edilen bileşik % 6.51±0.97 inhibitor aktivite göstermiştir

SYNTHESIS AND ALDOSE REDUCTASE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF ETHYL {5-[(2- (4-CHLORO-BENZYLSULPHANYL)- 4-CHLORO-THİAZOLE-5-YL)METHYLENE]- 2,4-DIOXO-THİAZOLİDİNE–3-YL}ACETATE

In this study, ethyl {5-[(2-(4-chlorobenzylsulphanyl)-4-chlorothiazole-5-yl)methylene]-2,4-dioxothiazolidine–3-yl}acetate compound was synthesized and its structure has been elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, mass spectra and elementary analysis. The synthesized compound was tested for its ability to inhibit rat kidney AR by an in-vitro spectrophotometric assay. Synthesized compound showed inhibitory activity, 6.51±0.97 %
