İNTRAKRANİYAL HİPOTANSİYON HASTASINDA SEREBRAL VENÖZ TROMBOZ
İntrakraniyal hipotansiyon nadiren spontan gerçekleşir. Erken tanıve tedavi hastalıkta çok önemlidir. İntrakraniyal hipotansiyon tedaviedilmezse sekonder komplikasyonlara neden olabilir. Sekonderkomplikasyonlar hayatı tehdit edebilir. Etkili tedaviye rağmen bazenkomplikasyon gelişimi engellenemez. Otuz dört yaşında kadınhasta acil servise baş ağrısı yakınması ile başvurmuştu. Baş ağrısıözellikleri intrakraniyal hipotansiyon ile uyumlu idi. İlk laboratuvarve görüntüleme yöntemleri normaldi. Hasta tekrarlayan epileptiknöbet geçirdi. Hastanın tekrarlanan görüntüleme yöntemlerindeserebral venöz tromboza sekonder venöz enfarkt saptandı.İntrakraniyal hipotansiyona sekonder serebral venöz tromboz çoknadir bildirilmiştir.
CEREBRAL VENOUS THROMBOSIS IN THE CASE OF INTRACRANIAL HYPOTENSION
Intracranial hypotension rarely occurs spontaneously. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important in disease. Because it can cause secondary complications unless treated. Secondary complications can be life-threatening. Despite effective treatment, sometimes development of complications cannot be prevented. A 34-year-old woman was admitted to our emergency room with headache. Headache features were consistent with intracranial hypotension. The first laboratory and imaging studies were normal. The patient had recurrent epileptic seizures. Venous infarction secondary to cerebral venous thrombosis was detected in the patient’s repeated imaging modalities. Cerebral venous thrombosis secondary to intracranial hypotension has been reported very rarely.
