Ritodrin kullanan gebede sezaryan operasyonu esnasında gelişen ventriküler fibrilasyon ve postoperatif pulmoner ödem (Olgu sunumu)
Bu yazıda intraoperatif dönemde ventriküler taşiaritmi sonrası kardiyak arrest ve postoperatif dönemde pulmoner ödem gelişen, 33 yaşında ikiz gebe olgu sunuldu. Gebeliğinin 29. haftasında erken doğum eylemi komplikasyonu nedeniyle ritodrin tokolizisi ve Mc Donald's prosedürü ile tedavi edilen olgunun gebeliğinin 34. haftasında fetal distres sendromu ve preeklampsi gelişmesi nedeniyle sezaryan operasyonuna karar verildi. Bu yazıda; olguda muhtemelen ritodrin kullanımından gelişen komplikasyonlar irdelendi.
Ventricular fibrillation during cesarean section and postoperative pulmonary edema in a parturient treated with ritodrine
A case of a 33-year-old lady with twin pregnancy developed cardiac arrest following ventricular tachyarrthymia during intraoperative period and pulmonary edema in the postoperative period is presented. The pregnancy had been complicated by premature labour treated with ritodrine tocolysis and Mc Donald's procedure at the 29th week of gestation. At the 34th week of gestation, she underwent cesarean section because of fetal distress syndrome and preeclampsia. In this case report, we discussed the complications possibly linked to ritodrine's side effects.
