Pemfigus vulgarisli hastada spinal anestezi uygulaması

Pemfigus vulgaris, cilt ve mukoza yüzeyinde sürtünme, basınç gibi hafif temaslarda bile yeni lezyonların oluştu¤u otoimmün bir hastalıktır. Anestezi açısından ise tedavisinde steroid ve immünsüpresif tedavi uygulanması ve girişimsel işlemlerin oluşturaca¤ı komplikasyonlar nedeniyle önem taşır. Uygun cerrahilerde rejyonal teknikler, özellikle spinal anestezi uygulama tekni¤i açısından daha az invazif oluşu nedeniyle tercih edilir. Bir vaka nedeniyle pemfigus vulgarisli hastada anestezi yönetimini tartışmak istedik.

Spinal anesthesia application in a patient with pemphigus vulgaris

Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disease characterized with easily formation of new lesions with friction and pressure on skin and mucous membranes. Because of the treatment is consisting of steroid and immunosuppressive therapies and complications due to invasive procedures, anesthesia management is important in pemphigus. Spinal anesthesia especially benign on invasive than other regional techniques is the appropriate choice in proper surgeries. Therefore we want to discuss anesthesia management in a patient with pemphigus vulgaris.
