Midazolam ile paradoks reaksiyon (3 Olgu nedeni ile)

Bu makalede üç olguda premedikasyon olarak midazolam verilmesinden sonra gelişen paradoks reaksiyon sunulmaktadır. Mıdazolam uygulamasından bir süre sonra olgularda ağır bir saldırganlık ve ajitasyon gözlendi.Bu tablo bir olguda genel anestezi uygulaması, iki olguda ise fentanil ile düzeldi.Bu olgular nedeni ile midazolama bağlı reaksiyonun olası mekanizmaları ve tedavisi irdelendi.

Paradoxal reaction with midazolam (3 Case reports)

We report 3 cases of paradoxical reaction to midazolam after being used for premedication.The picture was characterized by a marked aggressiveness and agitation.In one case the reaction was treated with general anesthesia, whereas in the other two patients the clinical picture was rapidly reserved by administration of fentanyl.We describe the possible causative mechanisms of this reaction as well as their treatment.
