As the findings of this study, a six dimensional construct which consists of 24 items that explains the students' expectations about the quality of services provided by the teaching staff was identified. The six dimensions were named as: "instill confidence in students", "competence in the field of study", "responsiveness", "activities to facilitate learning", "behavioral characteristics unique to profession", and "academical advancement". Among those six dimensions, "instill confidence in students" has emerged as the most important one, and "competence in the field of study", "behavioral characteristics unique to profession", "activities to facilitate learning", "academical advancement", and "responsiveness" dimensions have followed in respectively. Through the analysis of the measure developed in this study and the findings of the study, the fields that require improvement in the effort of quality would be identified.
