Küreselleme olgusu rakibinin hemen yan banda faaliyet göstermesine izin vermitir. Bu durum geleneksel iş ve ticaret anlayışını değişikliğe zorlamaktadr. Ayrca iş dünyasında kullanılan terimlere ortak anlam yüklenmesi de gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda Pazarlamadan, müşteriye, rekabetten yenilikciliğe kadar tüm terminolojide yeni tanımlar yapılması ve bu bu tanmların ortak dil olarak kullanılması gerekmektedir

The concept of globalization have let the competitor run its own firm near yours. This situation forces traditional understanding of business & commerce to change. Within this context, common meaning must be given to the words in the sector. For this reason; from marketing to customer, and from competation to innovation, all word have been re defined for common understanding.
