YUMURTACI TAVUK YEMLERİNE İLAVE EDİLEN KEKİK OTUNUN (Thymus Vulgaris) YUMURTA SARISI VE KAN SERUMUNDA TRİGLİSERİD VE KOLESTEROL ORANI İLE DIŞKIDA E.COLİ YOĞUNLUĞU ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Bu çalışma, yumurta tavuk diyetlerine ilave edilen kekik (Tymus vulgaris) otunun kan serumu ve yumurta sarısında trigliserid ve kolesterol seviyesi ile dışkıda E.coli sayısı üzerine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 24 haftalık yaşta 64 adet Lohmann LSL hibrit yumurtacı tavuk dört gruba ayrılmıştır. Her grup dört tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Diyetler, bazal yeme sırasıyla % 0, 0,1, 0,5 ve 1 oranında kekik otu ilave edilerek hazırlanmıştır. Yemlere katılan kekik otu yumurta sarısı trigliserid ve kolesterol oranını etkilemezken, % 0.1 kekik otu ilavesinin kan serumu trigliserid ve kolesterol seviyesini önemli derecede düşürdüğü tespit edilmiştir. Yumurta tavuğu diyetlerinde % 0,1 ve 0,5 düzeyinde kekik otu kullanılması dışkıda E.coli sayısını önemli derecede azaltmıştır.
