Tetra (Cotinus coggygria) ve Defne (Laurus nobilis) Bitkilerinin Alabalıklarda (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Büyümeyi Teşvik Edici Etkileri

Bu çalışmada tetra (Cotinus coggygria) ve defne (Laurus nobilis) bitkilerinin kültürü yapılan alabalıkların (Oncorhynchus mykiss) büyüme oranı (SBO), yem değerlendirme oranı (YDO) ve yaşama oranları üzerine etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Ortalama ağırlıkları 66,13±0,94 g olan juvenil alabalıklar kontrol grubu dahil olmak üzere %1 ve %1,5 tetra ile %1 ve %1,5 defne içeren beş farklı deneme yemi ile 8 hafta süreyle beslenmişlerdir. Deneme üç tekerrürlü olmak üzere 15 adet havuzda yürütülmüştür. Her bir havuza 5800 adet balık yerleştirilmiştir. Deneme sonunda balıkların ortalama ağırlıkları, yaşama oranları (sırasıyla % 98,32±1,07, % 99,01±0,37, % 99,16±0,09, % 99,25±0,15 ve % 99,32±0,02) SBO ve YDO arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli farklılıklar tespit edilememiştir (P > 0,05). Sonuç olarak, tetra ve defnenin alabalıkların büyüme performansı ve yemden yararlanma üzerine etkisinin önemsiz olduğu saptanmıştır.
