The Effects of Labour Rights on Organizational Trust: Case of Kuşadası Hotels

Considering the fact that the existence of limited studies in literature, thisstudy stress on the effects of labour rights on organizational trust within thecontext of hotel enterprises operating in Kuşadası. In line with this purpose,a survey conducted by a questionnaire on 400 hotel employees working at 5-star hotels. To analyse collected data some descriptive statistics (frequency,percentage, mean, standard deviation) and regression analyses wereperformed. Results indicate that participants of the study have necessarylabour rights and they trust their organization. Further, labour rights givento employees significantly affect the organizational trust of employees.However, three sub-dimensions of labour rights contribute to this effectsignificantly, except leave, compensation etc. rights.
