The Effect of Experiential Quality on Environmental Experiential Satisfaction and Repurchase in Airline Passenger Transport

In this study, the effect of experiential quality on environmental experiential satisfaction and repurchase in airline passenger transportation was investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 530 passengers flying from Gaziantep airport. The data were analyzed with the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that experiential quality positively affects environmental experiential satisfaction and repurchase. Thus, It has been proven that passengers who perceive high experiential quality show higher environmental experiential satisfaction and are more likely to repurchase. In addition, it was shown that the environmental experiential satisfaction positively affected repurchase which proves that passengers who are satisfied in terms of environmental approaches may want to experience this experience again.
