In this direction, , a total of 20 people, 10 from the X generation and 10 from the Z generation, were asked to take a photograph or find an image in line with their thoughts on the concept of parenting. After 10 days, in-depth interviews were conducted with each participant separately in the predetermined room. As a result of the analysis, the concepts of parenting, rushing to everything, empathizing, togetherness, pride, hope, health, more time, entertainment, games and education were encountered in the X generation, unlike the Z generation. In the Z generation, unlike the X generation regarding parenting, the codes of touching, freedom, respect, sacrifice, pressure, value, feeling were encountered. The common codes that the two generations focus on are the concepts of nuclear family, struggle and thinking, compassion, mother’s food, mother, father, respect, trust, growth, fun, family on the basis of children, and happiness. When the codes were examined in general, it was seen that the concepts of love, respect, peace and togetherness were mostly emphasized.
