Etlik piliçlerde embriyonun erken ve geç gelişim dönemlerinde yapılan yüksek ısıl uygulamaların vücut ve vücut yüzey sıcaklıklarına etkileri

Öz Bu çalışmada etlik piliçlerde kuluçka gelişiminin erken ve geç embriyonik dönemlerinde yapılan yüksek ısıl uygulamanın canlı ağırlığa ve yem tüketimine olan etkilerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla kontrol grubu yumurtalarına 19. güne kadar optimum kuluçka koşulları olan 37.5°C sıcaklık ve % 55 nem uygulanmıştır. Kuluçkanın erken (8-10. günler) ve geç (16-18. günler) embriyonik dönemlerinde ise yumurtalara günlük 3 saat süreyle (12.00-15.00 saatleri arası), 41°C sıcaklık ve % 65 nem uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, ortalama vücut ve vücut yüzeyi sıcaklıkları bakımından gruplar arasında önemli bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Vücut sıcaklıkları bakımından sadece 5. haftada cinsiyetler arasında önemli bir fark bulunmuş olup (P<0.05) vücut sıcaklığı erkekler için 42.22°C, dişiler için ise 41.99 °C olarak saptanmıştır (P<0.05).
