Metastatik Crohn hastalığı olgusu

Metastatik Crohn hastalığı, cilt, genitoüriner sistem ve akciğerler gibi gastrointestinal sistem dışındaki yerlerde Crohn hastalığının klasik granülomatöz lezyonlarının görülmesine verilen addır. Oldukça nadir görülen bu durum geliştiğinde, sıklıkla vulva ve intertriginöz bölgelerdeki cildi tutar. Yüz tutulumu nadirdir. Burada, bütün yüzde yaygın ve her iki elin medialinde metastatik Crohn hastalığı gelişen 24 yıldır Crohn hastalığı olduğu bilinen 42 yaşında bir kadın olguyu sunuyoruz.

A case with metastatic Crohn's disease

Metastatic Crohn's disease is the name given to the presence of classical granulamotous lesions of Crohn's disease at places other than gastrointestinal tract, such as skin, genitourinary tract and lungs. This extremely rare condition, when present, often attacks vulva and intertriginous skin regions. Facial involvement is rare. Here, we present a 42 year-old women who has Crohn's disease for 24 years which developed metastatic Crohn's disease at her whole face and hypothenar regions of both hands.
