İleal poş-anal anastomoz sonrası ortaya çıkan dirençli Pruritus Ani'nin intradermal metilen mavisi enjeksiyonu ile tedavisi
Ülseratif kolit ve familyal polipozis koli nedeniyle yapılan ileal poş-anal anastomoz sonrası ortaya çıkan komplikasyonlar, sıklıkla Pruritus Ani ile birliktelik gösterir. Lokal tedaviler, hijyeni düzeltmeye yönelik önlemler ve diyetsel değişiklikler tedavide sıklıkla başarısız kalır. Bu çalışmada, ileal poş-anal anastomoz sonrası ortaya çıkan ve tedaviye dirençli pruritus ani bulunan üç hastada, intradermal metilen mavisi enjeksiyonuyla olan deneyimizi sunmayı amaçladık.

Treatment of resistant Pruritus Ani after ileal pouch-anal anastomosis with intradermal methylene blue injection
Complications regarding ileal pouch-anal anastomosis performed for ulcerative colitis and familial polyposis coli are frequently accompanied by pruritus ani. Local treatments, cautions targeting correction of hygiene and dietary modifications are usually insufficient. In this study, we aimed to present the treatment of three patients with resistant pruritus ani after ileal pouch-anal anastomosis, with intradermal methylene blue injection.
