Bu çalışmada kültürel miras kavramı ve kültürel miras kavramının eğitimdeki önemi incelenmiştir. Kültürel miras, bir toplumun tüm bireyleri ile birlikte var olduğu sürece ürettiği ve kullandığı tüm bilgi birikimidir. Bu bilgi birikimi, her türlü dış etki ve içinde bulunduğu toplumun dinamikleri sayesinde kaybolabilir, yok olabilir. Kültürel mirasın yeni nesillere aktarılmasında eğitimin stratejik önemi vardır. Çalışma kapsamında kültürel mirasın korunmasında eğitimin önemi ortaya konulmuştur.

In this study, the concept of cultural heritage and the importance of cultural heritage in education are examined. Cultural heritage is the accumulation of knowledge that a society produces and uses as long as it exists with all its members. This knowledge can be lost or destroyed by all kinds of external influences and the dynamics of the society it is in. There is a strategic importance in educating the transfer of cultural heritage to new generations. In this study, the importance of education in the protection of cultural heritage was evaluated.
