KUŞAKLARARASI İŞBİRLİĞİ VE GERONTEKNOLOJİ

Bu makalede geronteknolojide kuşaklararası işbirliği konusu araştırılmış, gruplar arası teorik yaklaşımlar ve eğitim faktörü birlikte değerlendirilerek kuşaklararasındaki uyum ve işbirliği için öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Geronteknolojide kuşaklararası işbirliğinin önemi ortaya çıkarılmış, işbirliği programları ve gruplar arası teorik yaklaşımlar ile konu önemli ve farklı bir boyutta incelenmiştir. Geronteknolojide bilginin önemi ortaya konularak, örgün ve yaygın eğitim ile farkındalık yaratılması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulmuştur. Konu hakkında yapılmış nitel ve nicel araştırmalar birlikte değerlendirilmiş, geronteknolojinin kuşaklararası işbirliği ile birlikte düşünülmesi gerektiği, geronteknoloji ve kuşaklararası işbirliği için örgün ve yaygın eğitimin önemi vurgulanmıştır. 

INTERGENERATIONAL COOPERATION AND GERONTECHNOLOGY

Intergenerational cooperation subject is researched in this article, suggestions are revealed for conformity and cooperation on intergeneration with both evaluating intergroup theoric approaches and education factor. Importance of intergenerational cooperation in gerontechnology is revealed, the subject is researched in significant and varied dimension with cooperation programs and intergroup theoric approaches. Importance of knowledge in gerontechnology is revealed, dwelled on awareness raising with formal and informal education subject. It is utilized with both qualitative and quantitative researches about subject, gerontechnology should be considered with intergenerational cooperation, it is emphasised importance of formal and informal education for gerontechnology and intergenerational cooperation.
