Covid-19 Pandemisi Sürecinin Okul Müdürleri Üzerindeki Etkileri

Koronavirüs (Covid–19) salgınının okullar üzerinden topluma yayılmasını önlemekamacıyla, dünya genelinde, okul öncesinden üniversiteye kadar okullar kapatılmış veuzaktan öğretim uygulamaları başlatılmıştır. Türkiye’de uzaktan öğretim uygulamaları;büyük oranda Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA), EBA-TV ve internet üzerinden yürütülmüştür.Koronavirüs (Covid–19) salgını, diğer sektörlerde olduğu gibi, okul paydaşları üzerinde deolumsuz etkiler bırakmaktadır. Araştırmada, Koronavirüs (Covid–19) Pandemisi sürecinin,okul müdürleri üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırmadesenlerinden tarama yöntemi temel alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri survey (anket) tekniğiile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde frekans ve yüzde çalışmaları yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim 01 Ekim 2021 itibariyle Adıyamanil merkezinde bulunan; ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 110 okul müdürüoluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları, Covid–19 Pandemisi sürecinde; okul müdürlerininzamanlarını büyük oranda “internet”, “kişisel bakım ve temizlik” ve “sosyal medya” türüetkinliklerle geçirdiklerini; okul müdürlerinin; Koronavirüs ile ilgili haberlere, yardım amaçlıgirişimlere, dini, manevi ve felsefi konulara ilgilerinin artığını; Koronavirüs sonrasıtoplumsal yardımlaşma ve dayanışma faaliyetlerine ilginin artacağını; uzaktan/onlineöğretim faaliyetlerinin yaygınlaşacağını, sağlık çalışanlarına olan ilginin artacağını,esnek/evden çalışma yaklaşımının giderek yaygınlaşacağını; uzaktan/online öğretimuygulamalarının, öğrencilerin eğitiminden kopmalarını önleme bağlamında önemli işlevlerüstlendiğini, göstermektedir.

The Effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic Process on School Principals

To slow down the spread and decrease the effects of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), many countries around the world have shut down all education institutions from pre-school to the universities and have performed the distance education. The distance education has been done on Education Computer Network (EBA), EBA-TV and partly Internet in Turkey. Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has left bad effects on the education sharers like other institutions. In this context, this research aims at determining the effects of this pandemic on the principals. This research has been based on the scanning method from quantitative research methods. The data of the research has been collected by questionnaire technique. In the analysis of the obtained data, the frequency and percentage studies have been done. The working group is consisted of 110 school principals in Adıyaman who work in primary, secondary and high school in 2019-2020 academic year. The research results show that the principals spend their time in “Internet”, “personal care” and “neatness and social media”, their interest increased to the news about the Coronavirus, “religious and philosophical issues”, “social solidarity” after Coronavirus and online education activities will become widespread, the interests to the health care providers will increase ,working at home/flexible working is getting popular and online education has great functions not to stay away from education for students.
