Hastanede Yatan Kanser Tanılı Çocukların Annelerinin ve Bakım Veren Hemşirelerin Çocuğun Eğitim Süreçlerine İlişkin Görüşleri

Bu araştırmanın amacı çocuk hematoloji kliniğinde tedavi görmekte olup eğitimlerine devam edemeyen çocukların eğitimdeki ihtiyaçlarını, okul başarılarının karşısındaki engelleri anneler ve hemşireler gözüyle belirlemektir. Bu çalışmanın araştırma yönteminde durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile araştırma verileri toplanmış, betimsel analiz tekniği ile veri analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda tedavileri nedeniyle eğitimlerine devam edemeyen kanserli çocukların eğitimlerinin oldukça aksadığı görülmüştür. Dışarıdan sağlanabilecek branş öğretmenlerine, araç-gereçlere ihtiyaç duyulduğu, bu eksikliklerin giderilmesiyle de çocukların eğitim aksaklıklarının önüne geçilebileceği aynı zamanda kanserli çocuklara moral-motivasyon kaynağı olacağı belirlenmiştir.
