Isolation and Characterisation of Some Bacteria and Microfungus Solving Tricalcium Phosphate

In this study some plants species roots and rhizospher soils were collected from different habitats have different temperature, pH, salinity properties etc. From these samples were prepared root extracts and soil dilutions. After that it was inoculated to general mediums Nutrient agar, Potato dextrose agar prepared for bacteria and microfungi. After the incubation, 300 bacteria species and 34 microfungi species were isolated and purified from these samples. The ability of inorganic phosphate solubulisation bacteria and microfungy were tested using an effective and rapid method NBRIP-BPB selective medium quantitively. 24 bacteria and 6 microfungi species were determined and identified having ability of solubilization of tricalcium phosphate effectively
