Benzofuran Türevli Ditiyokarbamat Esterlerinin Sentezi

Bu çalışmada; 2-asetil-benzofuran bromlanarak bromoasetilbenzofuran elde edildi. Primer ve sekonder aminlerin ditiyokarbamat tuzları ile α-haloketonun reaksiyonu sonucunda oluşan ürünler incelendi. Elde edilen ditiyokarbamat esterlerinin yapıları 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve FTIR gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak karakterize edildi.

Synthesis of Benzofuran Derivatives Dithiocarbamate Esthers

In this study; bromoacetylbenzofuran was obtained by bromizing 2-acetyl-benzofuran. Dithiocarbamatesalts of primary and secondary amines with products of α-haloketon reaction were examined. The structures of derived dithiocarbamate esters were characterized by 1HNMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR spectroscopic methods.
