Kemik ve eklem tüberkülozunun kemoterapisi klasik tüberküloz tedavisinin genel kurallarına uymaktadır. Tüberküloz kemoterapisinde üzerinde en fazla durulması gereken özellikler bakteriolojik, çevresel ve farmakolojik etkenlerdir. Bu yazımızda bu etkenler tanımlanmakta, temel tedavi prensipleri verilmektedir. Yazımızda standart tedavi rejimleri tablolar halinde örnekleri ile verilmiş, müstahzar örnekler liste halinde yazımızın sonunda bildirilmiştir.

Chemotherapy in bone and joint tuberculosis conform to the general rules of classical treatment of tuberculosis. Those features which should be mostly taken into consideration in the chemotherapy of tuberculosis are bacteriological, environmental and pharmacologic agents. In this report ours, these agents are identified and principles of basic treatment are given. In our paper, a firther attempt has been made to present standard treatment regimes with semples and preparation samples have been reported in lists at the end of our report.
