Çalışmamızda travmanın diz eklemi Sinovyal Sıvısında bulunan-Ç3-C4-lg A-Ig M seviyelerine etkisi araştırılmış, ilk 24 saatte alınan eklem mayilerinde Ig A ve Ig G düzeylerinde yükselme, süre ilerledikçe bu düzeylerde düşme saptanmıştır. Diz eklemi dokularında, travma ile oluşan permeabilite bozukluğu ve lenfatik drenaj gecikmesinin, histopatolojik değişikliklerle paralellik göstermekte olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.

In our research we have studied the effect of the trauma on the C3-C4, Ig A-Ig G-Ig M levels found in the synovial fluid of the knee joint.
