Biseps Brakii Uzun Başı Tendon rüptürü olan 4 vak'a takdim edilmiştir. Bunlardan birinde 2 hafta sonra cerrahi tedavi, diğerlerinde ise konservatif tedavi uygulanmıştır. Bu olayla ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiş ve değişik tedavi yöntemleri tartışılmıştır. Bize yaşlı hastalar ve eski vak'aların konservatif, diğerlerinin de en uygun olarak bisipital tenodez ile tedavi edileceği görüşündeyiz.

Four cases of rupture of the long tendon of the Biceps Brachii were presented. One of them was oparated after two weeks and the others were managed conservatively. The literature of this condition was reviewed and alternativ forms of treatment were discussed. It is our concluded that, the older patients and the old cases should be managed conservatively the others best treated with bicipital tenodesis.
