Presentation of Acute Myeloid Myeloid Leukemia Preceded by Myelodysplastic Syndrome with Multiple Extramedullary Infıltration: Case Report

Miyeloid sarkom immatür miyeioid seri hücrelerinden kaynaklanan ekstramedüller bir tümör olup, akut miyeloid lösemi hastalarının %2-8'inde görülür. Lösemiyle birlikte izlenebileceği gibi, lösemi olmaksızın da miyeloid sarkom saptanabilir. Bu hastalarda genellikle ikiden daha fazla organda miyeloid sarkom tutulumu izlenmez. Bu olgu sunumunda son derece nadir görülen akciğer, plevra, lenf nodu, tonsil, böbrek ve karaciğer gibi farklı ekstramedüller organ tutulumunun izlendiği miyelodisplastik sendromu takiben gelişen akut miyeloid lösemi olgusu literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

Myeloid sarcoma is a rare extramedullary tumor composed of immature myeloid celis. İt is present in 2-8% of patients vvith acute myelogenous leukemia. Myeloid sarcoma is presented vvith or vvithout an associated vvith acute leukemia. Myeloid sarcoma usually don't affect more than two sites of the body. İn the case report, as extremely rare, the patient vvith acute myelogenous leukemia preceded by myelodysplastic syndrome and associated vvith myeloid sarcoma involving lymph nodes, pleura, lung, tonsil, kidney and liver was discussed vvith literatüre.
