Üreterorenoskopi ile Proksimal Üreter Taşı Ekstraksiyonu Sonrası Gelişen İatrojenik Üst Kaliks Rüptürü

Üreter taşları tedavisinde amaç; minimal invaziv yolla, tek seferde hastayı taşsız bırakacak şekilde maksimum başarıya ulaşmaktır. Bu nedenle ürolog, her vaka için çabuk ve yüksek başarı oranı ile birlikte düşük morbidite sağlayacak en iyi tedavi yöntemini belirlemelidir. Günümüzde üreterorenoskopinin proksimal üreter taşları tedavisinde başarısı dramatik olarak yükselmiş ve işlemin invazivliği de azalarak ESWL’ ninkine yaklaşmıştır. Burada proksimal üreter taşı nedeniyle semirijid üreterorenoskopi ile birlikte Holmium lazer litotripsisi kullandığımız ve işlem sonrasında gelişen iyatrojenik üst kaliks rüptürünü anlatmaktayız

The Iatrogenic Upper Calyceal Rupture After Proximal Ureteral Stone Extraction Via Ureterorenoscopy

The main goal in the treatment of ureteral lithiasis must be to achieve the maximum success in terms of being stone- free after one treatment session with minimal invasiveness. Therefore, for every case, the urologist must select the best treatment modality for a predictable, immediate high success rate with lowest morbidity. The success rate of ureterorenoscopy for the treatment of proximal ureteral calculi has dramatically increased and the invasiveness of the procedure approaches that of ESWL. Here in, we report of a case which iatrogenic upper caliceal rupture was developed after semi- rigid ureterorenoscopy with Holmium laser lithotripsy for a proximal ureteral calculi
