Bu çalışmada, “yapısökümü” yöntemi ve bu yöntemi oluşturan kavramlar ele alınmıştır. Yapısöküm yöntemi, yıkarken tekrar yapmaya çalışmayı kapsar. Bu yöntem vasıtasıyla özellikle dildeki ve kavramlardaki farklılaşmaya ve ikircikli anlamlara dikkat çekilmektedir. Bu makalede, yapısökümü kavramı ve bu kavramla ilişkili diğer kavramlar, düşünceleri ve ortaya koymuş olduğu yapısökümcü okuma yöntemiyle edebiyattan felsefeye kadar birçok alanda etkili olan ve post-modernist olarak kabul edilen Derrida’nın görüşleri çerçevesinde betimlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Derrida’nın “metnin dışında hiçbir şey yoktur” şeklindeki önermesi yapısökümcü anlayışının temelini oluşturmaktadır. Yapısöküm yöntemiyle Derrida, tek ve mutlak bir doğru anlayışını ve tek bir doğruya olan inancı yıkmaya çalışmıştır.

In this study, deconstruction and the concepts that constituted deconstruction are discussed. The method of deconstruction includes rebuilding something while deconstructing it. The ambivalent meanings in the language and concepts are pointed out through deconstruction. Through this method, the differentiation and ambivalence in concepts are emphasized. Therefore, in the framework of this article, the concept of deconstruction and related concept are descriptively considered on the bases of the views of Derrida, who has been accepted as an effective post-modernist in many areas from literature to philosophy. Derrida’s famous proposition that “there is nothing outsides the text” constitutes the foundations of demonstrative perspective. By the method of deconstructions Derrida tried to deconstruct the belief in a single and absolute truth.
