Covid 19 Pandemisinin Beslenme Alışkanlıklarına Etkisi

Dünya Sağlık Örgütünün Coronovirüs kaynaklı hastalıkların hızla yayılması ve tedavisinin olmaması nedeniyle Pandemi ilanından itibaren dünya genelinde çok şey değişti. Halen daha değişmeye devam etmektedir. İnsanlar hastalanmamak için hastalanıp iyileşenler ise tekrar hastalanmamak için hayatlarında köklü değişim yaşıyorlar. Bunlardan birisisi de beslenme alışkanlıklarında görülen değişimlerdir. Bazı bireyler baskı altında kaldıkları için psikolojik olarak sıkıntı yaşamakta şar ve stres koşullarını hafiflettiği düşüncesiyle başta çikolata olmak üzere karbonhidratlı besinlere ağırlık vermeye başlamışlardır. Bazı bireyler ise daha doğal besinler tüketmeyi tercih etmeye başlamışlardır. Sebze ve meyve ağırlıklı olarak beslenmeyi tercih etmişlerdir. Bir grup birey ise aktarlardan aldıkları zencefil, zerdeçal ve yeşil çay gibi bazı bitkileri kullanmaya yeni başlamışlar veya kullananlar ise kullanım miktarını ve sıklığını artırmışlardır. Bu çalışma da pandemi süresinde bireylerin beslenme alışkanlıklarında görülen değişimler üzerinde durulmuştur

The Effect of Covid 19 Pandemic on Nutrition Habits

Much has changed since the announcement of the Pandemic by the World Health Organization, due to the rapid spread and lack of treatment of Coronovirus-related diseases. It still continues to change. People who get sick and recover in order not to get sick, experience a radical change in their lives in order not to get sick again. One of these is the changes seen in eating habits. Some individuals experience psychological distress because they are under pressure and have started to focus on carbohydrate foods, especially chocolate, with the idea that it alleviates stress conditions. Some individuals have started to prefer to consume more natural foods. They preferred to eat mainly fruits and vegetables. A group of individuals have just started using some herbs such as ginger, turmeric and green tea bought from herbalists, or those who use have increased the amount and frequency of use.
