ÖLÜMSÜZ LİDERLER VE LİDERLİK ANLAYIŞINDA ASIRLARCA DEĞİŞMEYEN ORTAK PARAMETRELER

Liderler örgütler açısından çok önemli faktörlerdir. Başarı ve sürdürülebilir büyüme onların vizyon ve liderlik stillerinden gelir. Liderlik, talep edici küresel dünyada daha önemli duruma gelmiştir. Güçlü liderlere ve liderlik sürecine sahip örgütler piyasada daha rekabetçi bir pozisyona sahip olurken, aksi durumda sonuç, örgütler ve onun paydaşları açısından felaket olmaktadır. Çalışmamızdaki temel amaç, liderlik ortak tutum ve özelliklerinin geçmişte, günümüzde ve gelecekte, neler olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Liderlerin yöneltme karakteri ve efsanevi liderlik uygulamaları onları ölümsüz yaparak, toplumların gözünde kahraman yapmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışmamızda ölümsüz liderlik kavramı ve liderlik modelleri ele alınmış ve liderler ve liderlik üzerinde farklı bakış açıları değerlendirilmiştir.
