Avrupa Anayasası’nın Dogmatik Özellikleri

Öz European law which derives from the common constitutional principles and traditions of the member states on the one hand, forces these national constitutional orders also to adapt to the requirements of the European integration. The changes and developments in the founding Treaties of the Union triggers and forces substantial transformation or changes in the national constitutions. The dialectic relationship that exists between the national constitutions and the emerging European Constitution causes the restriction of the constitutional autonomy of the Member States.
