FİBER BRAGG IZGARA SENSÖR DİZİSİ TABANLI SICAKLIK ÖLÇÜM SİSTEMİ TASARIMI VE UYGULAMASI

Bu çalışmada, Fiber Bragg Izgara (FBG) tabanlı sensörler ile tek tek ve sensör dizisi oluşturularak sıcaklık ölçüm sistemi tasarlanmış ve deneysel olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla, lazer tarama tekniği kullanılarak, 1532.032 nm merkez dalgaboyuna sahip seramik kaplamalı ve 1536.674 nm merkez dalgaboyuna sahip metal kaplamalı FBG sensörler kulanılmıştır. Bu sensörler tekli ve dizi yapısındaki 30 ºC ile 100 ºC arasındaki farklı sıcaklıklara tabii tutularak, çıkışdaki optik sinyal değişimleri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, 0.5 ºC hassasiyetle doğru ve hızlı olarak sıcaklık ölçümü yapılmıştır.
